I’ve found that regardless of the situation, any leader who hasn’t addressed their personal issues will be stymied professionally. Unlocking an individual’s personal potential and reframing their passion has the ability to ignite a business’ prosperity. It’s almost always a human problem rather than a business problem, which is why coaching offers so much leverage. I act as a “door opener” and help clients see what options exist for change, then guide them through the change process with the key focus always being on whether they are actually getting what they really want!
